Adolescent Sports Metrics (ASM) is a 501c3 nonprofit providing free Full Research Protocol & low-cost Standard UIL Pre-Participation Sports Physicals in Dallas, TX and its surrounding areas. The ASM team has been providing sport physicals since 2007 and we have had Athletic Trainers on staff since 2015. We use the latest technology to increase the efficacy and speed of our exams. Our Standard UIL physical costs $10/student (CASH) or $10.61/student (CREDIT CARD). Our Full Research Protocol is FREE. Please note that we prefer to perform Full Protocol physicals in our office if possible but do have the ability to provide on-campus with appropriate notice.

The Standard UIL Physical can be booked on-campus with a minimum of 10 students.

The Full Research Protocol UIL Physical is usually only performed in the ASM office but can be booked on-campus with a minimum of 1 month's notice and a set number of students not exceeding 5 students per hour. Consent forms must be signed by parent/guardian prior to student's participation in the research. The Full Research Protocol UIL Physical is FREE and available for ages 3-19. Due to the lab testing, students must fast for 8 hours before participating in the Full Research Protocol Physical. We will provide light snacks.

We've Gone Digital!

Parents and students can now complete the required UIL Medical History form online. This not only cuts down on paper usage, but also reduces the spread of germs caused by multiple people handling physical paperwork. Parents/Students even have the option to pay online eliminating the need for students to keep up with cash the day of their physical. All students are required to complete and sign the Medical History form BEFORE they can receive a physical exam.
